Responsible Outgoing College Students, or ROCS, is a free service offered to recent college graduates that places them in internships or jobs. The organization was founded by George Mason University graduates Tom Moore and Brandon Labman while they were still college students. They recognized a need to provide career services specifically for college seniors and recent graduates. 

Reporter Shefali Kapadia interviewed co-CEO Tom Moore about ROCS. Moore discusses the foundations of the company, the services offered to students and graduates, and advice that he and Labman have learned from personal experience.
